These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Royal Freight Advisory ("we," "us," "our") through our website royal-freight-advisory.com, including operational analytics, KPI dashboards, and consulting services ("Services").

By purchasing Services, accessing our website, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind such entity.

Royal Freight Advisory provides B2B operational analytics services specifically designed for freight and logistics companies, including:

• Custom KPI dashboard design and implementation
• Route, port, and network performance analysis
• Real-time operations monitoring and alerting
• Data visualization and executive reporting
• Operational data integration from TMS, carriers, and tracking systems

All Services are delivered as fixed-scope engagements with defined deliverables and timelines.

Services are offered at fixed prices listed on our website. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By completing purchase checkout, you authorize Shopify to charge your payment method for the full service amount.

Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for all sales, use, VAT, GST, and similar taxes applicable to your purchase, unless tax-exempt status is provided.

Service delivery timelines begin upon:

• Receipt of full payment
• Client data access and requirements confirmation

Standard delivery: 2-6 weeks depending on service scope and data complexity.

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate operational data access
• Respond to requirements within 48 business hours
• Provide timely feedback on dashboard designs (max 3 revision rounds)
• Ensure data quality and source system permissions

Deliverables include dashboard access, reports, and documentation hosted on secure platforms. Source code ownership remains with Royal Freight Advisory.

You retain full ownership of all operational data provided to us. We process this data solely to deliver contracted Services.

We may use fully anonymized, aggregated data for internal analytics and service improvement. No client-identifiable information will be published.

Your data is protected by industry-standard security measures. Access is limited to personnel required for service delivery under strict confidentiality.

Our IP: All dashboard designs, analytics methodologies, code, and proprietary tools remain our exclusive property.

Your License: You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use deliverables for internal business purposes during the service term.

Restrictions: You may not reverse engineer, resell, or use our IP outside the contracted scope.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information disclosed during service delivery. This obligation survives termination for 3 years.

We warrant that Services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

By Either Party: For material breach with 30 days written notice to cure.

By Us: Immediately for non-payment, misuse of Services, or legal violations.

Upon termination, access to dashboards expires, but completed deliverables remain licensed for internal use.

Neither party liable for delays due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, labor disputes, government actions, or third-party service failures.

These Terms governed by laws of the State of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Fayette County, Kentucky.

We may modify these Terms. Changes posted on our website become effective 30 days after posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
